The staff was very helpful. I guess that was ok.
The room reeked of strong cleaning detergent. I could barely breathe. also, it felt quite cold. Definitely not cozy. i think a warmer blanket or better insulation would do wonders, or maybe just less detergent?

The beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the coffee machine. the staff put us in a more appropriate room. My assigned room initially presented accessibility issues. the room was well heated.
i found the room quite small for three people and the floor of the room was not cleaned between stays. it was dusty.

the staff was helpful getting our bags checked early. the staff helped us into our room upon our late return. the room was clean and spacious. the location offered a short walk from main attractions.
the bed was quite uncomfortable. it had a noticeable dip in the middle. this made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The room, a double room, felt cramped. there was barely any space to move around with our luggage. It was a real squeeze! the bathroom wasn't much better, the shower leaked all over the floor because of its design, so i had to use extra towels to mop it up after each use. it was pretty frustrating.
